 ...or not, depending on your point of view.

What to one person is a gentle bit of banter, can be hurtful to another. It is worth bearing in mind however that emotions originate in ourselves, and are not 'transmitted' from others.  

Rather than saying 'you made me feel bad', perhaps it is better to accept that 'I feel bad' and look for the internal causes why this is so. If you feel put down, discounted and/or belittled, ask yourself how old do you feel - have you been 'rubber banded' back to feeling as you did when a child?

Sometimes, to tackle how you feel now it is necessary to identify and cure the cause from your past.
