Help for businesses - If you are looking for a way to make an instant fortune by working a few hours a day, starting from scratch, then sorry, can't help you. Any successes I have come through hard work - either in developing an idea once the business had started, or in preparing for something that was obviously going to happen at some point. The failures provided experience, and showed how not to do things.
But for those who are willing to think about what they want to do, and who are ready and willing to contribute to the process, opportunity beckons. Get it right, and running your own business can be liberating, fun, rewarding and also give you the opportunity to help others.

Obviously, at some point I'll try and interest you in buying something (probably a book), but don't worry - it will all be very gentle! Think of this site as the comfy bookshop run by the kindly old gent who wants you to take your time, doesn't mind browsers or those just sheltering from the rain, and who would quite like to make a sale so long as you find exactly what you are looking for.
